Testimonials
The Talkbox Childrens Clinic has been an invaluable resource that we have
invested in over the last year. The professionalism and expertise of the
therapists we have worked with have been outstanding and have played a
crucial role in supporting our most vulnerable pupils in times of transition
and uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am so grateful for the
support and honestly don’t know what I would have done without their
support over the last year. THANK YOU TEAM!
SENCo, London Borough of Southwark
Having a speech therapist in school every week has really enhanced our
inclusion team. We now have expert advice ‘on-tap’ and this not only
supports the children but also parents and staff in their everyday work with
the children. The therapist uses her time very efficiently and ensures that all
of our high needs children have regular therapy sessions as well as
thorough reviews and reports to support the SEN review process. The
therapist also sees other children in school and models and observes staff
delivering interventions to offer advice and suggest resources. As a
SENDCo I can honestly say that having TalkBox Childrens Clinic as part of
the inclusion team has lessened my load, increased my knowledge and
expertise and is worth every penny that we pay!

We have been fortunate enough to have Talkbox Childrens Clinic working
in school with our children for the last 5 years. The therapist’s experience
and expertise have been invaluable as she is both highly professional and
approachable. Not only does she assess the children and produce
appropriate interventions with relevant resources, she is always keen to
train staff, in delivering the sessions and monitoring this regularly too. The
therapist has provided whole school training as well as hosting a drop in
coffee morning for parents and she has helped us establish varying
interventions. She is passionate about enabling communication for all and
sharing her knowledge and experience with children, staff and parents. On
a personal level I have learned so much from. We have been able to
recommend them to many other schools over the years, all of which have
bought into the service and have been very satisfied with the outstanding
provision they have received.
